Together, we won't stop! The Sr. Transformation Manager, Data and Reporting, will oversee the Data and Reporting aspects of the ERP implementation project. They will be assigned to support either the Device Lifecycle Management (DLM) or Source To Pay (STP) process workstream. Job Responsibilities: Document reporting & analytic requirements with value stream process teams, risk team, and SMEs from the business; Identify all data sources required & document lineage with IT. Determine what data sources are replaced by the Oracle platform vs. require integration. Design solution for custom reports required within the Fusion Analytics applications. Create backlog of data and reporting products required & deliver to the D&R CoE for development and integration. Partner with System Integration consultants and IT to implement an RDM model by determining solution design requirements for each foundational subject area including integrations, reporting attributes and governance workflow. Design governance related change management process with the value stream team. Collaborate with IT to catalog business and technical metadata. Participate in the Data Council and the Architecture Review Board over integrations, ETL and data governance. As an input to the historical data migration work owned by IT, provide data source, time period and level of detail requirements to support reporting and analytics Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) Work Experience: 4-7 years Program Management experience. () 4-7 years Experience in system implementation and support () Less than 2 years Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience. () 4-7 years Project Management experience. () Business Analysis experience preferred. () Process Improvement experience preferred. () Licenses and Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred) Washington Pay Range : $116,700.00 - $157,800.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
