Employer: Amazon.com Services LLC Position: Transaction Manager III (multiple positions available) Location: Bellevue, WA Multiple Positions Available: 1. Lead a multi-disciplinary team that is creating sustainable, efficient, economical, and standardized customer fulfillment and logistics building designs. 2. Coordinate and collaborate with a wide variety of internal operations, design, and engineering stakeholders to increase the efficiency and efficacy of the building design program. 3. Demonstrate performance that serves as a model of excellence establishing business requirements, design team collaboration, and stakeholder alignment. 4. Manage third-party architects, engineers and designers responsible for creating the building design templates (i.e. prototypes) for customer fulfillment and logistics buildings. 5. Present and facilitate strategic design discussions to top-level executives. 6. Coordinate workshops that drive alignment on key issues for new building designs and initiatives to drive the associate experience, operational efficiency, and reduction of first and lifecycle costs. 7. Lead technical design reviews. 8. Provide project support for operations network buildings including fulfillment, sortation, and/or last mile facilities. 9. Drive compliance of Amazon's worldwide design standards. 10. Develop strategic building solutions that meet or exceed Amazon's quality requirements and drive value engineering and standardization across all aspects of the facility. 11. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and present formal documentation for approval when required. 12. Telecommuting may be permissible. The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $129,900 - $175,700 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
