Beyondsoft Consulting Inc Technical Systems Analyst in Bellevue, Washington

COMPANY NAME: Beyondsoft Consulting, Inc POSITION TITLE: Technical Systems Analyst POSITION DUTIES: Analyze complex robotics system to improve product features, usage experience, field deployment and service experience.  Lead quantitative and qualitative research/survey, customer in-depth interview and focus group to better understand user requirements, use cases, procedures, and problems to define robotics product feature and recommend software solutions of data center.  Analyze data center customer experience (CSAT, NPS, CES) and usage problems to define robotics product improvements and recommend design change.  Analyze robotics engineering system capabilities and technical limitations to properly develop robotics products' field (data center) deployment strategy.  Based on the analysis, developing service strategies and procedures for robotics systems field service in data center, including installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and providing routine maintenance.  Deliver necessary trainings to Tie1-Tie3 field operation Engineering.  Work with engineering colleagues in robotics team to develop and revise product service manuals as well as to resolve system operation and maintenance issues.  Develop technical documents for technical support.  Utilize skills in Tableau (Data visualization, Filters, Calculations, Data Blending, Dashboards) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), to deliver regular reports to management regarding data center customer satisfaction, product performance, service support, and product improvements. DEGREE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or related occupation. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Utilizing experience in issue and resolution communication with customer and maintain client relationship; hardware product management, addressing product issue resolution and product improvement; using case analysis and new feature design; field service support, defining world-wide service and warranty strategy; developing technical documentation for field support team and user; utilizing cross region and cross function working experience, leading worldwide communication; SQL query and database management; SW coding, reading and writing Python/PHP scripts; Linux; business analysis, utilizing Tableau to analyze large volume customer and product data; and team management and leadership.
