T-Mobile's National Security Compliance Office is looking for an organized, detailed-oriented, proactive individual to lead the design, development and production of reports, dashboards and various data visualization reporting solutions to fulfill critical US Government commitments. This position involves coordinating across multiple teams to leverage automation, efficiently develop business-friendly processes to collect information, and developing / compiling accurate and high-quality reporting in support of the company's compliance obligations. The ideal candidate has the ability to think analytically and use automation to develop metrics and reporting, collaborates effectively across departments and with leaders to track and collect information, and facilitates cross-functional reviews and briefings to validate the accuracy of information being reported. Candidates must be U.S. citizens given the nature of this role. What you'll do in your role. Develop broad subject matter expertise in T-Mobile's national security compliance obligations to identify the necessary information and to build efficient program plans and processes (leveraging automation where possible) to ensure it is collected, compiled, and accurately presented in reporting. Generate / streamline / present reports using appropriate tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, SharePoint, dashboards) to measure, perform trend analysis, display data and facilitate reviews with business owners and internal leaders to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with applicable business units, stakeholders, leaders and attorneys to design, maintain, and deliver timely reporting associated with T-Mobile's national security compliance obligations. This may include attending and/or hosting meetings to keep the project team informed on and progressing with reporting deliverables. Collect information, perform analytics, conduct quality analysis and apply critical thinking to prepare and present reports to track project efforts related to the company's national security compliance obligations.
