Chewy Senior Program Manager - Private Brands in Bellevue, Washington

Chewy Private Brands team is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Private Brands to join our team. We are looking for a leader and owner, who can take a brand new program from inception stage to full launch and can successfully work with multiple partners across organization. A successful leader has a passion for solving complex problems, ability to work with internal and external partners, strong technical acumen, ability to influence senior leadership and has proven results in delivering large scale programs. These programs range from creating new Customer capabilities, developing new products, launching technology support tools and more.
What You’ll Do:
Develop roadmap for new programs including the business case, requirements gathering, implementation plans, resourcing, prioritization and more
Have End to End ownership of the program from intake, setting & communicating strategy, prioritizing deliverables/milestones, building consensus, and coordinating program updates
Advance program implementation by leading a cross-functional team of internal and external team members
Develop programs (processes and tools) to scale the business
Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, balance the Customer’s needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize benefit
Communicate status risks and changes of program milestones to stakeholders and senior executives including the C-Suite
Support multiple parallel workstreams managing projects from kick off through rollout
Develop and manage key business metrics and financials for programs and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Support and implement strategy for the program team, including robust risk mitigation plans
What You’ll Need:
BA/BS in General Management, Operations, Finance, or related field
10+ years of program leadership and program management experience (preferred in e-commerce or Retail)
5+ years of experience leading large scale global programs
Excellent communication skills at all levels including senior executives
Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially focused on conveying complex information in an approachable manner to large or small audiences
Ability to think and perform strategically and tactically
Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate directly with engineering and technical product teams
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Macros, Data Manipulation, Formulas etc.)
Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Track record of taking ownership and driving results in a data-driven, fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial mindset
Position may require occasional travel
Bonus (if applicable):
MBA preferred
Previous experience with SQL and building Tableau dashboards
E-commerce background is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $107,000-$215,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
