Microsoft Corporation Senior Product Manager in Bellevue, Washington

In this role, you’ll leverage your creativity, your critical and analytical thinking skills, your ability to influence internal and external partners, and your goal of having fun at work. We're looking for an amazing, and experienced PM to define, develop and ship powerful collaboration experiences on meeting space devices. You’ll work together with partners in design, engineering, peer PM orgs across Teams, and hardware. You’ll develop and grow strategic external partnerships with industry partners and device manufacturers to deliver amazing end-to-end experiences to Office 365 customers of all sizes, across all industries. You will foster internal relationships with organizations across Microsoft bringing together the power of Windows, Office, Surface, Mesh, AI, Teams and more.

Responsibilities

  • Scoping, defining, and driving engineering teams building in-meeting experiences for shared room systems, Teams Rooms, and Surface Hub.

  • Scoping, defining, and driving engineering work on meeting service requirements, and working closely with partners who deliver these services.

  • Building and maintaining high level inter-company relationships, and working with external partners such as device manufacturers to drive strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in the software industry as a program manager, project manager, or other related position managing software engineering projects.

  • Demonstrated experience gathering customer driven requirements and writing functional specifications

  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with strong engineering and design teams

  • Ability to define and implement metrics to show progress toward goals to all levels of the organization

  • This position is full-time and based in Bellevue, WA.
