Together, we won't stop! We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support two VP leaders in our Communications and Community Engagement organization. You'll work alongside a kick-butt group of PR leaders and their teams of passionate communicators working to advance the Un-carrier story with media and other external audiences. If this sounds like a team you want to be a part of .... here's a few more details on the gig: * This position is based in Bellevue, WA and is in the office 4 days/week. * Job Responsibilities: Support senior leaders and their teams by performing advanced-level administrative work including managing their calendars, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, team events, planning, coordinating, and organizing. Produce work that requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Analyze problems, determine approach, compile and analyze data and prepare recommendations. Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties. Contact company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information. Make decisions and communicate on behalf of the senior leader, exercising judgment and determine when to escalate to executives when appropriate. Qualifications: Associate's Degree preferred and 7-10 years experience of supporting executive leaders in an administrative assistant role; working at a PR/Marketing agency or a Communications/PR team a plus Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within multiple organizations. Proficient using MS Outlook, Office and tools like MS Teams and Slack. Personal Characteristics: Organized, proactive and flexible. Thrives in a fast-paced culture; can shift on a dime. Ability to work independently but also proactively communicates and manages up effectively. Excellent follow-through and attention to detail. Confidentiality and sensitivity to issues and situations. Positive teammate, with upbeat can-do attitude, high integrity, and desire to learn. * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Washington Pay Range : $41.22 - $55.77 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
