Revenue Operations Analyst I

Formulate and apply mathematical modeling, and analyze data to develop insights and make recommendations on growth strategies, and assist stakeholders with decision making. Perform validation and testing of mathematical models to ensure adequacy. Identify areas of inefficiency in the sales process using data analysis, and mathematical and simulation modeling and propose data-driven solutions to streamline and optimize workflows. Present and report mathematical modeling and data analysis to management and identify opportunities that will help drive program initiatives. Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources using statistical software and identify patterns, trends, and insights to recommend solutions. Visualize data and create dashboards, reports, and tools to help leaders and stakeholders track key team performance metrics. Facilitate collaborative sessions with product stakeholders to capture and formalize user requirements and translating them into technical specifications. Utilize statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. Compare models using statistical performance metrics, such as loss functions or proportion of explained variance. Engage in end-user software testing for new features and offer critical feedback and assistance in maintaining the quality of software releases. Position may include additional duties that utilize the required skills. Telecommuting permitted up to 100% from any Smartsheet registered location in the U.S.

Requires a Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering Management, or a related field and six months of experience in: facilitating collaborative sessions with product stakeholders to capture and formalize user requirements and translating them into technical specifications for the software development team; utilizing SQL to extract and transform data, as well as business intelligence tools including Tableau, to generate ad-hoc reports and interactive dashboards for leaders and stakeholders to track key team performance metrics; designing and delivering reports and KPIs in request management systems, including ServiceNow; partnering with development teams and establishing and managing sprint processes using Jira and Scrum, and ensuring efficient project execution and delivery; and engaging in end-user software testing for new features, including knowledge request routing in ServiceNow, to offer critical feedback and assistance in maintaining the quality of software releases. Telecommuting permitted up to 100% from any Smartsheet registered location in the U.S. Will accept paid or unpaid internship, research or co-op experience gained during academic studies.
