Join T-Mobile's DE&I Team as a Program Manager, Operations and be the driving force behind the success of our innovative programs, processes, and tools. The Program Manager, Operations will coordinate and manage programs and processes and propose operational changes and process improvements that are scalable, robust and efficient. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners. Support change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and tools across the DE&I team. Job Responsibilities: Leverage your operations skills and abilities to collaborate with the team in designing and delivering impactful and meaningful immersive experiences, focusing specifically on logistics, operations, and attendee experience. Coordinate and run various programs and processes within the DE&I team to ensure team members can focus on delivering value to the business. Including, but not limited to budget & spend, DE&I brand assets, internal tools. Use project management skills to define, drive and meet project deliverables. Proactively communicate progress, status updates, issues, risks, and proposed solutions in a timely manner. Understand DE&I-related/potential risks, and design and propose operational changes and process improvements that are scalable, robust, and efficient. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Work Experience: 2-4 years Program management experience, including a proven ability to identify and measure key metrics (Required) 2-4 years Operations excellence and process improvement (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Program Management (Required) Budget Management (Required) Project Management (Required) Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Required) Microsoft Project and Planner (Required) Attention to Detail (Required) Communication Skills: Written & Verbal (Required) Collaboration (Required) Agile Methodology (Preferred) Licenses and Certifications: * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):Yes, may require up to 10% domestic travel based on business needs.
