This hands-on project manager will be part of the Legal Department, supporting lawyers, compliance professionals and business stakeholders on the company's internal merger compliance programs. You will:Support attorneys with the administration and implementation of the merger compliance programs, including the tracking of the status of commitments and internal controls.Work with business clients to ensure processes, compliance evidence, and internal controls across the company appropriately address merger compliance requirements and commitments.Support a variety of business units, including Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Network Engineering, Emerging Products, Procurement, and Diversity & Inclusion.Build relationships with business and technical teams to understand their needs and project roadmaps to operationalize the longer-term merger commitments.Translate complex compliance requirements into operational processes and compliance controls, and articulate and document compliance requirements to business stakeholders.Periodically report to Leadership on the status of commitment deadlines.Work independently while representing the compliance team with professionalism.QualificationsYou'll bring a customer-driven, solution-oriented mindset, a bias for action, the sophistication to interact with client teams at all levels, and a deep curiosity that drives you to dive into novel and complex compliance issues!
