Job Information
Amazon Principal Program Manager, WW Safety and Accountability in Bellevue, Washington
Description
Are you energized by building and scaling global programs from the ground up? Do you thrive on uncovering insights from complex data and customer experiences? Are you ready to influence senior leaders worldwide while driving critical safety initiatives? We're seeking a strategic, data-driven builder to revolutionize our global safety programs as Principal Program Manager for Worldwide Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Safety.
As the strategic owner of this critical program, you'll architect and execute the global vision for DSP safety, creating the roadmap that shapes our future. This role requires you to operate at multiple altitudes - from influencing VP-level strategy to rolling up your sleeves to dive deep into data, metrics, and customer anecdotes. You'll need to be comfortable both presenting to executives and doing the hands-on work of analyzing root causes, building mechanisms, and implementing solutions. You'll drive innovation through new programs and scalable mechanisms while being accountable for global safety outcomes. This role requires exceptional ability to influence and align senior leaders across multiple functions and geographies, while maintaining the bias for action to get things done yourself when needed.
The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking balanced with hands-on execution capability, proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority, and top-notch analytical skills to uncover patterns in complex data sets. You should have a track record of simplifying complex processes, driving operational efficiency, and excellence in written and verbal communication. Success in this role requires demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in matrix organizations, anticipate and remove roadblocks while maintaining program momentum, and inspire diverse teams toward common goals.
