Key job responsibilities
Define and execute the strategy and multi-year roadmap for seller-managed cross-border solutions
Develop innovative products that delight sellers and drive large-scale business improvements
Lead investment decisions and prioritization across complex product portfolios
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, large-scale product launches
Identify and measure key metrics to drive continuous improvement and understand user needs
A day in the life
You'll start your day analyzing global seller data, identifying opportunities for cross-border expansion. You'll then lead a cross-functional meeting to align on product requirements for an upcoming feature launch. After lunch, you'll present a business case for a new logistics innovation to senior leadership. Your afternoon might involve collaborating with UX designers on a new seller interface or reviewing performance metrics for recently launched features. You'll end the day strategizing with your team on long-term vision and upcoming priorities.

Basic Qualifications
10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience owning technology products
Master's degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
