What Does a Line Controls Analyst do at Swire Coca-Cola? Part of a high performing team that is engaged and committed to World Class Manufacturing performance, ensuring that the safety of our people always comes first, while building a line culture of continuous improvement with a focus on zero operational defects and losses. The incumbent works closely with the Plant Controls Analyst and Line Manager to ensure that appropriate processes, capabilities, and routines are in place to support production with specific focus on the electrical, power, controls, and information systems of a manufacturing line. The incumbent will also maintain, troubleshoot, install, and recommend control changes to improve business results. Job Details: Schedule: 4am - 2:30pm (Mon - Thurs, flexibility required, OT and weekends, as needed) Responsibilities: Actively participate in line Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and execution of the daily plan, including reporting results of the previous 24 hours: number of breakdowns, resolved / unresolved defects, project management, etc Troubleshoot potential controls related breakdowns and process failures. Program controls equipment and ensure machine performance meets safety, quality, and production requirements Support the Plant Controls Analyst Specialist in projects and initiatives. Support development of 90-day loss elimination plans and the annual maintenance plan. Trend and monitor ME/O.E.E. performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. Participate in the breakdown elimination (BDE) daily management system (DMS) and drive improvement in line stops and unplanned downtime - with specific focus on electrical, power, controls, and information systems of the manufacturing line Participate in the Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling System with the Maintenance Team with specific focus on electrical, power, controls, and information systems of the manufacturing line. Revise and update technical documentation as necessary. Capture feedback from team members on areas of improvement for the line. Coach associates in identification of defects and use of defect handling cards. Serve as a coach and resource for the team and actively participate in the execution of daily improvement plan. Conduct internal audits (GMPs, Safety, Quality) as required. Review JHA (job hazard analysis), Life Safety Rules and Safety Maps capturing and incorporating team feedback and learnings. P
