If this describes you, we encourage you to apply today.Job DescriptionSome things you can expect to do:Assist with time entry processing through AL Mobile (weekly), run reporting and track field PTOConduct new field employee onboarding/coaching, to include new hire paperwork, orientationvideos and system training on; time entry, Procore, Concur, etc. Assign jobsite PPE, SafetyManual and Safety Data SheetsCreate and maintain compensation changes, new hire paperwork, personnel files, apprenticemodifications, etc.Communicate with Unions about terminations, apprentice status and pay changes, schoolrequirements, etc.; as neededPrepare and distribute site specific safety manuals with hard hat stickers and labor law postersTrack training requirements/certificates and schedule training, as needed, including First Aid,CPR & AEDTrack Ryan's 10 month warranty, coordinate staffing with RFC and distribute all notificationsAssist the RFC with quarterly meetings, monthly meetings and annual safety banquet; organizeagenda, PowerPoint, attendance, etc. Other miscellaneous field department activities as neededAdminister fleet records, license fees and renewal for region vehiclesCollect and route field mail as needed; coordinate messenger services and special delivery needsDistribute updated policies and procedures to all field personnel when neededCode department overhead invoices in NexusAct as a liaison for all interdepartmental inquiriesCommunicate clearly with PC, PM, and other team members EligibilityTo be successful in this role, you must have at least 3-5 years of experience and have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.You will really stand out if you:Ability to support multiple managersAbility to prioritize and communicate workloadMaintain confidentiality and display professionalismStrong customer service and communication skills requiredIs self-motivated and works well in a "team" environmentStrong verbal, written and analytical skills required; very strong organizational skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointAbility to learn industry specific software programs including, but not limited to, AL Mobile,Concur, Box and WebExPositions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.Must be Authorized to Work in the USRyan Companies does not sponsor foreign workers for nonimmigrant visas or employment-based green cards unless the position is on our executive leadership team.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryMedical, Dental and Vision BenefitsRetirement and Savings BenefitsFlexible Spending AccountsLife InsuranceEducational AssistancePaid Time Off (PTO)Parenting BenefitsLong-term DisabilityRyan Foundation - charitable matching fundsPaid Time for Volunteer EventsRyan is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.Ryan does not accept recruiting agency solicitations.
