What you’ll be doing:

Hours: 16 hours/week 

The Facilities Coordinator will maintain an efficient and smooth operation of the office.

  • Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, organized, and functional environment.

  • Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.

  • Maintain inventory of supplies; reorder as needed

  • Restock snacks & drinks

  • Occasional heavy furniture moves

  • Assist with physical event setups & breakdowns (overtime possibility)

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Light clerical work as needed

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on feet for several hours)

  • Experience using hand and power tools for assembly (e.g. furniture)

  • Follows directions and has critical thinking skills

  • Basic experience in Microsoft Word & Excel or Google Docs & Sheets to maintain logs.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsible & Reliable

    Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout facilities.

  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.

  • Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to accomplish random tasks

    For Washington-based roles, the hourly rate for this position is $20 per hour.
