Salary: $260,732/year to $290,180/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Duties:
Lead teams that deliver on multiple projects of increasing dependencies in an ambiguous or high-impact area; Work with your team and cross functional partners to define and influence strategy; Drive roadmap creation and execution; Collaborate with various functions, drive engineering initiatives and have an impact at an organizational level ;Participate in technical design; Measure the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goals; Work effectively with cross functional partners and stakeholders to set and achieve optimal outcomes; and partner with leadership to influence and drive org design, contribution and prioritization.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 60 months of experience in the in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include 60 months involving the following: 1. Building products including front end technologies or backend systems; 2. Coding in C++, Java, JavaScript, or PHP; 3. Unix; 4. Linux; 5. Large-scale Internet service architectures including load balancing, LAMP, or CDN's; 6. Designing and developing distributed systems, storage systems, or cache and data distribution infrastructure; Scaling high performance, high throughput systems; 7. Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems in large-scale systems; 8. Coordinating large-scale, cross-functional efforts that span different teams; 9. Developing and managing requirements, and making data-driven decisions; and 10. Leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth.
