Recruit, lead, and develop a team of attorneys and legal professionals responsible for negotiating and drafting complex agreements, including master lease agreements, site leases, and provide strategic legal counsel and guidance on land use, zoning and permitting issues related to wireless siting. Expertise and understanding of federal and state rules and regulations governing the siting and deployment of wireless infrastructure. Deep subject matter expertise negotiating transactions with national landlords (i.e., Crown Castle, ATC, SBA, Vertical Bridge, Equinix), telecom carriers, utility companies, municipalities, and utility companies. Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders and executives to interpret and effectively resolve local permitting and ordinance issues. Experience forging strategic relationships with state, local and federal government agencies.
