We need a copywriter who can help us create, enhance, and revise digital narratives. This role would involve collaborating with designers and creative leads to create impactful brand moments across all digital creative platforms. You'll work with T Studios leadership, and the brand, digital, and production groups to build industry-leading communications that drive engagement, brand love, and revenue. We're looking for someone who understands intersections between development, UX, content strategy, and copy and strives to create the best digital customer experience. T-Mobile's success is due to our ability to craft a motivational story around people and our purpose. We create content that speaks with people-not at them. Responsibilities: Write clear, persuasive, and original copy that meets brief requirements for web, social, marketing, and merchandising purposes for low-to-high complexity projects, while maintaining a high degree of autonomy. Understand the product, service, or idea being promoted. This often involves collaborating with digital and marketing teams, conducting ad hoc research, and understanding customer personas. Maintain a purposeful and consistent brand voice and style across all content. This requires understanding the identity of T-Mobile brands and ensuring that all copy aligns with it. Work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the copy complements visuals and aligns with the overall marketing strategy. Effectively communicate and coordinate with partner teams to ensure copy is on brand and in line with expectations. Ensure that all written content is free of errors and effectively communicates the intended message. For digital content, understanding the basics of search engine optimization (SEO) can be critical. This involves crafting copy that not only appeals to readers but also ranks well in search engine results. Present creative to T Studios leadership & stakeholders during creative reviews. Follow and assist in bettering our team processes and standard methodologies, including file naming, folder maintenance, and handoff. Contribute to the creation and evolution of T-Mobile copywriting resources and tools, such as messaging guides, onboarding manuals, and templates.
