In this role you will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, use cases & user stories. You will do end-to-end initiative management including strategy engagement to understand needs, requirements writing, results testing, defect management, & enhancement identification. You will coordinate between Fraud Management and IT to successfully deliver technology initiatives against Fraud Management goals. This position understands how organizations function, provide services, and meet their goals. This position facilitates communications between business units to align needs and meet business goals. This position provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements. Job Responsibilities: Works closely with Fraud and other teams to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases needed to support Fraud initiatives and outside Shared Services initiatives. Manages initiatives using the internal fraud initiative process framework. Manages their portfolio of projects to ensure timelines are met. Creates and maintains CR (Change Request) documentation for assigned initiatives. Reviews initiative documents to analyze fraud risk, and ensure requirements are being met. Assists in the project management of assigned initiatives. Works to ensure the team and Fraud Management are aware of potential impacts and proactively assessing for future impact. Leads and document the requirement gathering process. Writes clear and concise business requirements. Manages and prioritizes multiple initiatives and tight deadlines. Coordinates needs and functionality between cross-functional teams within the Enterprise. Coordinates and hosts meetings and document all action items. Works within Fraud Management and IT timelines and holds participating teams accountable. Identifies and documents potential process improvements. Determines project roadblocks and solves issues independently. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a quantitative field). Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including technical writing to produce clear and unambiguous results. Analytical and inquisitive thinking skills with the ability to identify potential problems. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to broker consensus between partners with conflicting needs. Ability to recognizes opportunities and takes the initiative. Strong PC, technical, and desktop publishing skills (Word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel, Visio, etc.). Ability to work flexible hours as needed. 3+ years of project management or coordination experience. 3+ years of requirements gathering and writing experience. 3+ years of use case and test case development and execution experience. 2+ years of systems analysis and strategic business information systems experience. * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Base Pay Range: $65,900 - $119,000 Corporate Bonus Target: 10% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role.
