Basic and Transitional Studies Navigator Job ID: 14439 Location: Bellevue College Full/Part Time: Full Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Position Summary The Basic and Transitional Studies Navigator assists High School Plus, Adult Basic Education, and English as a Second Language students from initial point of contact (High School Plus students) through departure from the program (transitioning to other programs). They provide general support for all students by assisting with intake, removing barriers, providing resources, and providing general academic support. The Program Specialist 2 will support the program through marketing and outreach within Bellevue College and in the community through marketing materials, relationship building, and collaboration. This highly collaborative position will work closely with the Program Chairs, faculty, Program Manager, and Associate Dean. Additionally, the Program Specialist 2 will participate in Student Services meetings and trainings as assigned to ensure alignment with the goals of the Student Affairs division. This position will also work closely with campus departments such as Institutional Advancement, Career Connections, and Workforce Education. Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule Position Salary Range: $45,900/year - $61,296/year The salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The salary will be determined based on candidate's qualifications and related experience, as well as market and business considerations. Individuals newly hired to Classified position are placed in a salary range based on the WPEA Collective Bargaining Agreement. We offer comprehensive compensation package with salary and benefits as the main components. Competitive salary is within the Range stated above, and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
