The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Community Operations team is charged with defining a plan for ensuring our AMZL operations deliver a positive net impact in the communities where we operate today and in the future. If you want to join a fast-paced, innovative team that is critical to our long term expansion plans, this is the place for you.The Community Listening Mechanisms (CLM) team is looking for a Senior Product Manager who can own the entire lifecycle for research initiatives focused on issue identification in North America and Europe. Given the North America and Europe focus, in this role you will be working across international time zones (Central European Time, Greenwich Mean Time , Eastern Time, Pacific Time) and coordinating with partners located in multiple countries. In this role you will be helping to scale our issue identification research program in North America and Europe.Key Responsibilities:* Collect use cases / requirements, design process solutions, analyze cost/benefit, deliver on-time solutions, and communicate results throughout the organization.* Write strategic plans that effectively communicate our research and findings to inform decision-making.* Identify relevant stakeholders/partners within AMZL and across Amazon, and establish working relationships that will improve our community research. Key stakeholder groups will include operations, marketing, public policy, community outreach leaders, and other community-oriented teams at Amazon.* Prioritize and make trade-off decisions balancing customer experience and business value.* Own reporting on the state of initiatives, measure improvements and impact of changes, and use data to deep-dive into issues and uncover trends and patterns that help determine research goals.* Bachelor's degree* 5+ years Product Management experienceAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
