Job Description

The Advisor II, Technical Support responds to basic to complex inquiries of a technical nature including hardware/software, or other designated client products. This position assists external/internal users of the client's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a/an Customer Service/Technical Support Representative, you’ll:

  • Provide inbound customer support.

  • Help customers resolve technical issues.

  • Assist in correcting billing concerns.

  • Help customers with software related issues

  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

  • 18 years of age with a High School Diploma/GED

  • Excellent customer service

  • Banking and invoicing accounts receivable would be an asset.

  • Prior customer service experience required. (at least 1 year)

  • Strong listening skills to be able to understand, empathize and resolve cx issue.

  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally.

  • Open availability to work weekdays between the hours 8am-12am Mon-Fri EST and weekends 9am-6pm

  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
