Job Overview:
In this key role, the Receptionist performs a variety of scheduling and reception functions for all imaging procedures, including telephone interactions with physicians, patients, visitors, and staff.
Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent computer skills
Able to work independently
Must possess customer service skills
Able to handle heavy call volumes
Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Preferred:
- Medical terminology/radiology
Scheduling Requirements:
Days
Monday to Friday
Flexibility with scheduled hours, if needed.
Essential Functions:
Must be flexible to work in various department locations within CMMC as needed.
Telephone interactions with physicians, patients, visitors, and staff.
Communicate with patients and physicians to schedule radiology exams.
Greet patients and process admitting documentation.
Importing CDs of patient s prior exams.
