Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our first shift operations

• The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of equipment within our facility, including hydromats, roll thread machines, furnaces, boilers, centerless grinders, CNC machines, and transfer systems

• However, the focus of the work is largely mechanical

• A key aspect of this role is the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues on downed machines upon arrival, which could involve pneumatic or hydraulic issues, motor breakdowns, or broken parts

• The role may also involve replacing broken pumps or valves on machines and conducting preventative maintenance tasks such as changing belts, motors, fans, spindles, greasing and lubing machinery, and performing routine checks on the functionality of equipment

Shift

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays
