Description Robert Half Talent Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing Illinois company searching for a Controller. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants to take on more responsibility and improve operations. Controller responsibilities include supervision of the accounting staff, month end closing, financial statement preparation and analysis, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, reviewing existing procedures and implementing improvements. Minimum requirements: BS Degree, MBA or CPA are a plus, 10+ years' full cycle accounting experience, proven leadership skills and intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills. Our client is looking for a hands-on Controller with who is analytical and process improvement focused. Comprehensive benefit package and salary to $150k plus discretionary bonus.
