Actalent is currently looking for multiple Medical Receptionists to join our team in the Bellaire, TX area!

Description:

• Work with 2-3 different EMR systems

• Check in and check out patients

• Verification of date of birth and insurance

• Collect payment (credit card/check)

• Create appointments for patients checking out

• Contact patients for "no-shows" or rescheduling appointments

• Send out dictated letters from doctor via email to patients

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry

• Experience with EMR/EHR Systems preferred

• High level of customer service skills

• Flexibility to travel to nearby clinics as needed
