Position: Supply Chain AnalystLocation: Belgrade, Serbia (hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our Indirect Procurement, Contingent Labor Management team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of contingent labor commodities and be adept in performing analyses of invoices and purchase orders, working capital, statements of work, rate cards, timesheets, and contingent worker data. As a key member of the Procurement department, you will work closely with Finance, Business Units (BUs), and external partners to ensure that our procurement strategies align with company objectives and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analyses specific to the Contingent Labor commodity globally.

  • Support the RFP process, including rate card benchmarking, evaluation of supplier proposals, and assessment of total cost of ownership.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Finance and BUs, to monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with procurement objectives.

  • Validate scope requirements by partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency in procurement processes.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to validate cost savings opportunities and support cost reduction initiatives.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, supplier landscapes, and cost drivers to inform procurement strategies and decision-making.

  • Develop and refine procurement analytics tools and methodologies to enhance reporting and visibility into cost structures.

  • Support contract negotiations by providing critical cost analysis and ensuring that contract terms reflect optimal pricing and conditions.

  • Present findings and recommendations to management to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost analysis, procurement, or a related analytical role within a procurement or supply chain function.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform procurement decisions.

  • Expertise in financial modeling and proficiency with procurement analytics tools and platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
