Duties and Responsibilities:
Comprehensive database ATM management and software support for banks. Financial customers with Incident Management Services and ATMaaS.
Email categorization, prioritization, Initial diagnosis, Escalation, as necessary, Incident resolution and Incident closure.
Create and Monitor Joint Meets with 3rd Party and Internal Contractors
Communication with the user community and customer throughout the life of an incident
Communication with other service management processes:
Incident Management Team,
Account Support Team
Field Support Team
Service level management and communication with IT service.
• creating different types of Reports on client’s request
• Other corresponding duties maybe assigned
Education and/or Experience Required:
• High School Diploma
• 0-2 years of related experience
Skill Requirements:
• Effective interpersonal and communicational skills, including listening skills
• Proven strong organizational skills; Ability to prioritize and work on own initiative
• Enthusiastic and hard working
• Keyboard proficiency (accurately type minimum of 30 WPM); Understanding of Windows-based applications/tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Languages:
Great Britain and Republic of Ireland: Minimum C1 English language skills
