TITLE: Services Catalogue Architecture

LOCATION: Belgrade, Serbia

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

NCR Voyix is looking for a Services professional with the agility and the creativity to design, build, manage, and help enable a comprehensive Services Catalogue, addressing technology issues, assessing client IT infrastructure and determining the technology needed to insure client adoption of NCR Voyix Managed Services solutions.

The role is a thought leader of our Managed Services solution strategies and works with Product Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Pre-sales to design, document, and promote Services solutions which best suit our client’s business objectives and technical requirements.

Key Areas of Responsibility include:

  • Jointly create, manage and enable our Services catalogue aligning with our Product Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Pre-sales strategies:

  • Documenting our existing Services Offers in a robust Services Catalogue

  • Rating the maturity level of each existing Service offer and offering thought leadership on ways to increase this level.

  • Identify Services gaps in our Run the X strategy and offer thought leadership on Services required to our Product Engineering/Management, and Product Management leaders.

  • Engaging with our pre-sales and sales teams as SME for Field and Managed Services

  • Monitor and report on market and competitor’s activities within our offers.

  • Attend and present at customer and internal sessions with other company functions, as necessary.

  • Influence stakeholders on new, improved, and innovative product offerings needed to advance our portfolio.

  • Influence product development and enhancements using gathered intelligence to enhance internal practices and processes, achieving genuine sales development.

  • Drive business transformation along with the creation of new go to market offers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales/client-facing/program management roles developing and/or selling software, hardware, and services in the IT industry.

  • Areas of focus include Managed Services Retail and Hospitality industries.

  • Excellent English skills, including both oral and written communication, with high executive-level presentation experience.

  • Excellent understanding of Managed Services (ITIL4), Information security (ISO 27001) and Quality (ISO 9001) standards

  • Self-motivated with a passion for the IT industry and products

  • Able to achieve organizational objectives through effective planning, punctuality, organizational, coordination, decision making, and time management skills.

  • Result-orientated with a positive outlook

  • Clear focus on high quality and business profit

  • “Make it happen” team player.

  • Effective communicator who can effectively engage with all levels of internal and external partners from senior executives to front line employees

  • Able to achieve organizational objectives through effective planning, punctuality, organizational coordination, decision making, and time management skills.

  • Reliable, tolerant and determined

  • Adaptable to change in a fast-moving environment.

  • Knowledge in Salesforce an advantage

  • Knowledge of SIAM, CMMi or PRINCE II framework is a plus.

  • Certification into ITIL 4 is preferred.

  • Travel up to 50%
