About the team

The Insight Research & Analytics team is seeking a Research Data Associate! As Research Data Associate you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to generate insights that provide market intelligence in the private investment market.

About the role

· Gather and compile data on private funds, companies, investment firms, and industry trends (from public databases, regulatory filings, industry reports, etc.)

· Driving initiatives to improve and scale the data collection service and the analytics provided on the Insight Research Platform

· Perform quantitative analysis using financial modelling and statistical methods to assess performance and identify potential risks

· Build data visualizations (charts, dashboards) to effectively communicate investment insights.

· Work with the team and assist the senior manager with complex data analysis projects specific to private investments.

About you

· Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in finance, mathematics or related fields

· MS Office knowledge (especially Excel); ideally with computer programming (SQL, Python, etc.) knowledge and experience

· 1- 3 years of meaningful work experience

· Excellent analytical capabilities and proven attention to detail

· Excellent English verbal and written
