Global PMO

The goal of the Global PMO is to ensure our solutions and services deployment for new and existing customers are completed on-time, efficiently and successfully. This new team is a global center of excellence for best practices and execution, ensuring highest customer satisfaction.

The Global PMO is located within the Customer Services Management (CSM) team. The CSM team plays a critical role within NCR Atleos, with responsibility for service management, ATM as a Service and managed services operations.

Summary

As Programme Manager you will be responsible for managing the onboarding of complex customer projects, including ATMaaS projects, creating and implementing a comprehensive program plan in line with NCR Atleos’s strategic goals. Implementing effective communications and encouraging collaboration between project teams, business partners and leadership whilst also providing clear and comprehensive reporting to all customers, addressing issues by deploying problem solving skills and communicating ideas to keep delivery on track and within budget.

You will have extensive experience working as a Programme Manager managing the programme lifecycle end to end. You need to be passionate about change with demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to get the best from a Project team. You will be able to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and be able to make connections and influence decisions. You will have sound commercial judgment and overall understanding of the Financial Services Industry particularly the business impact of the regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop the Programme, Governance and strategy.

• Plan and design the Programme and proactively monitor overall progress, providing solutions to issues when they arise.

• Manage all required resources across the individual workstreams to drive successful customer onboarding

• Manage communication with senior management and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives. Facilitate communication and coordination across departments.

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.

• Ensure projects follow Global PMO processes, methodologies, standards and best practice. Utilize standard toolset.

• Ensure effective quality assurance and overall integrity of the Programme.

• Bring program best practices into the Global PMO to drive continuous improvement.

• Optimize resource allocation and workload distribution among the team for effective project delivery.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure proactive management of project risks and issues.

• Oversee project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasting.

Minimum Job Requirements

• 10+ years of Programme/Project management experience in SaaS/Software/Fintech industry, ideally with international experience.

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or finance, plus business experience in for example Project Management, Services, Operations, and complex Program Management.

• Project and/or programme management qualification eg PMP certification, PRINCE2.

• Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a cross-functional program team.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable strategies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes with strong negotiation, written and oral communication skills.

• Passionate about innovation, technology and driving positive customer experience.

• Must be self-motivated, creative and can work closely in a team environment with other departments and individuals at all levels in the organization.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• In-depth understanding of fintech industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.

• Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
