Your Role

Your Responsibilities

• Centralization and standardization of global KNGS reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all outputs.

• Enhance the existing MIS performance structure.

• Proactively monitor and communicate performance metrics, ensuring alignment and transparency across departments.

• Maintain and enhance the reporting framework, focusing on analytics.

• Keep performance dashboards up to date while continuously exploring new ways to innovate and add value.

• Mentor and train new team members, fostering a culture of proactivity and creative problem-solving.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Extensive experience in Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Programming skills (Python, Java, or similar) is a plus

• Good knowledge of KN operations and systems

• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality solutions

• Proactive mindset

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Intermediate knowledge of English language
