Your Role
Supporting the Italy HR team by maintaining HR systems, consolidating reports from various HR platforms, creating documents and being the first level support for global HR Systems. Autonomously and proactively finding solutions to recurring and basic issues. Strictly following local HR instructions and suggesting possible alternative processes when necessary, keeping in mind the local HR priorities.
Your Responsibilities
Providing outstanding customer support by offering first line assistance to customers with all possible queries in regards to logistic service provided
Offering exceptional service via direct contact, demonstrating accountability and efficiency
Ensuring all necessary changes are made in the system
Following established guidelines in order to achieve the best possible quality of service offered
Ensuring data protection and data accuracy for all customer related information You will be responsible for first line support to our regional companies and efficiently resolving all requests and queries. Together with the team, you will build improvement possibilities in order to offer the best quality and efficiency in the service provided.
Your Skills and Experiences
Advanced knowledge of Italian and intermediate knowledge of English language
Experienced user of MS Office – proficient in MS Excel
Minimum high school diploma
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Transferable, professional and adaptive skills
Strong customer orientation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Anticipate issues by acting as a consultant proactively finding solutions
