Title: Senior Executive Compensation Analyst III

Location: Belgrade (office based)

Position Summary and Key Areas of Responsibility:

The Compensation Analyst is an integral part of expanding the Global Reward Team, reporting into the Executive Director, Executive Compensation. The analyst will work closely with the equity administration team, global compensation team, and benefits team on projects and objectives. The position will support on research, reporting and analysis which includes salary surveys, equity administration, year-end planning, assistance with training and communication.

  • Administer and support the delivery of compensation and benefit programs

  • Conduct job evaluation, market pricing, and other compensation requests and ensure on time delivery to business and HR partners meeting high service levels

  • Participate in the annual global compensation salary survey process

  • Assist with Compensation Committee materials and Proxy related tables and disclosure

  • Support the annual global year end planning for merit, bonus and equity

  • Manage, audit and maintain job codes and market data tool

  • Assist with research and analysis of compensation and benefit programs

  • Educate and support HR on total reward strategy, policies and programs

  • Assist and support with total rewards related projects and processes

  • Document processes, policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years compensation related experience, preferably with an international and public organization

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field required or equivalent years of experience

  • Experience in HR with demonstrated experience in compensation or executive compensation

  • General knowledge of compensation and benefits procedures and practices

  • Demonstrate business acumen and consulting skills

  • Analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, recognize implications and propose reasonable actions

  • Ability to research along with critical thinking; able to gather information, identify trends, draw valid conclusions, and propose reasonable recommendations

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, and Workday experience

  • Self-starter and able to manage own workload; complete projects from beginning to end including the ability to work independently, organize priorities and time management

  • Flexibility in handling competing priorities and changing expectations

  • Ability to thrive in unclear and fast-pace organizations
