Citigroup SVP - Request Management Product Portfolio Lead (Hybrid) in Belfast, United Kingdom

  • This role sits in the Citi Technology Infrastructure Services (CTI) organization within EIO&T. This is a group that includes Enterprise-wide efforts across Public Cloud, Data Services, Developer Services & Experience, Infrastructure Services, End User Services and Inventory & Asset Optimization Services

  • This group partners with the CTI Enterprise organization, which includes Network & Voice Services, Front Line Operations, End User Services, Enterprise Services, Risk Management & Governance and Business Operations

Responsibilities:

  • The End User Services Request Management Portfolio lead will be responsible for developing and defining our overall request fulfilment and provisioning of technology services within EUS. This will also include the overall end-to-end experience for on-boarding, transfers and fulfilment of every technology request within EUS.

  • This role will be responsible for managing the Automated Technology on-boarding, working across the technology teams to ensure the correct services are provisioned, appropriate communications provided as part of this and management of the overall lifecycle for on-boarding of employees (including the termination process).

  • The role includes the full spectrum of supporting the Product Strategy (within the services teams), Architecture & Business engagement across the sectors, communications of EUS services & product components.

  • Drive Productivity savings within EUS, delivered through automation and simplification of how services can be requested with a focus on automation-first and improving end-user experience whilst consolidating technology products where possible.

  • Manage and partner cross-functionally (including with PMO) to ensure new services incepted Day 1 conform to our on-boarding principles.

  • Support complex, multi-year efforts (collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups) to deliver and new capabilities for Citi employees with a focus on provisioning & fulfilment.

  • Develop and maintain relationships across all technology groups firm-wide globally along with key business lines and other stakeholders to drive overall strategy and drive adoption of technology products. In addition, capture requirements and demands that drive roadmap.

  • Publish Roadmap for service areas on a periodic basis and communicate to the organization.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across all product areas to drive adoption, capture user feedback to drive improvements and enhance service offerings across EUS.

  • Work closely with stakeholder groups to ensure resource and support delivery against strategic objectives.

  • Management of End User Services central Technology portal to support all employees globally with information on how to use technology, FAQ’s, user guides etc.

  • Strategic planning across team to identify priorities, workslate activities, target delivery and providing necessary resources/support to ensure delivery on-time.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 10+ years senior technology and leadership experience, encompassing the full life cycle of managing products/services end-to-end at an enterprise-level.

  • Outcome orientated leader, with a successful track record of executing and delivering results.

  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills to build a cohesive team capable of succession to more senior roles. Must be able to demonstrate coaching, mentoring, and developing team members in prior roles

  • Strong technical background across all end-user technology services with the ability to interpret and drive overall strategy.

  • Experience in operational management and driving multiple teams in event of errors

  • Experience working cross-functionally across organizations to partner and drive outcomes.

  • Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex environment managing global teams

  • Appreciation of and ability to work in matrix environments and partner with virtual teams

  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiatives

  • Able to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization, from technical developers to the savviest business/executive leaders.

  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to manage/lead complex efforts across multiple teams.

  • Ability to manage and set expectations across the organization in addition to managing executive communications/updates.

  • Must possess a strong understanding of risk and regulatory processes and be able to appropriately assess compliance risk when business decisions are made

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Other advanced degree preferred, but not required
