Team/Role Overview

The Marketing Program Management Senior Analyst provides full support for the strategic execution of partnerships and engagements within scope. This role provides operational/service support and contributes to the development of new processes and plans within area of expertise.

Strong communication, organisational and diplomacy skills are required. The Marketing Program Management Senior Analyst supports the Program manager in the collaboration and execution of tasks in support of the strategic vision of the overall program(s).

What you’ll do

  • Supports cross functional coordination for aligned cluster portfolio of programs.

  • Collaborates with Global Program Manager to support partnership engagements executed within cluster.

  • Ensures aligned program related tasks are completed on time and within compliance standards.

  • Raises awareness of identified risks to program manager/senior manager.

  • Documents deliverables within engagement plan and collaborates with Program Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Collaborates with peer program coordinator to confirm global consistencies where possible.

  • Documents developed processes to support program execution.

  • Collaborates across TAE&D functions to ensure strategy is executed within channel guidelines.

What we’ll need from you

  • Demonstrated having worked as a Program or Project Manager and/or Lead medium to large cross-functional projects with commensurate people management experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
