Team/Role Overview
The Citi International Early Careers Team comprises of recruiters and programme managers across LATAM, Asia and the UK, Europe and Middle East and Africa. This role will support the management of UK apprentices, apprentices across various clusters and early career Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) programmes.
The International Early Careers team directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and programme management of graduate, apprenticeship and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) hires.
What you’ll do
Support the management of expanding Belfast and London Citi Apprentice populations through managing well-executed programmes.
Act as key point of contact and partner with third party vendors including Apprenticeship Training Institutions.
Work closely with the early career’s D&I Recruiter and the Global Head of Early Careers D&I on the execution of all early career D&I programmes.
Develop a close partnership with business stakeholders to design new programmes, review and enhance existing programmes.
Act as the Human Resources (HR) point of contact for all programme participants.
Responsible for initiating, monitoring and overseeing the performance management process for programme participants.
Support mid and long term career development by providing career coaching.
Work closely with HR Generalists/Advisors to solve issues related to programme populations.
Partner with HR Generalists/Advisors and regional compensation teams to complete the year-end performance management and compensation process for programme participants.
Ensure that all programme participants and managers are fully trained and briefed on all aspects of the programme life-cycle.
Support campus talent acquisition team regionally and globally on development project initiatives.
If required attend early career events, forums and round tables
What we’ll need from you
Recruitment and/or programme management experience required.
Working knowledge and understanding of the UK apprentice market and experience of early career D&I programme.
Understanding of the banking industry and culture an advantage.
Understanding of specific developmental needs of early careers populations.
