General Production Worker 1st Shift

Monday- Friday 7 AM- 3:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to operate machines in a fast-paced work environment. This role requires keen attention to detail, visual product inspection, and the ability to handle repetitive changeovers efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in a fast-paced production environment

• Perform visual inspections of products for quality control

• Handle repetitive changeovers efficiently

• Stand for 8-hour shifts

• Package products as per guidelines

• Load and unload materials

• Maintain cleanliness of the cleanroom

• Operate forklifts as needed

• Assist in general labor, assembly, and packing tasks

Essential Skills

• High school diploma

• Basic math skills

• Hands-on experience in production or machine operation

• Computer skills

• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs

• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical device production

• Inspection skills

• General labor experience

• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment

• Steel or composite toe shoes required

Work Environment

The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 7am to 3:30pm. The work environment is a manufacturing setting where employees must suit up in production areas. The job requires standing for the duration of the shift and involves repetitive, fast-paced tasks.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
