Robert Half Client Service Representative in Belen, New Mexico

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Client Service Representative in the banking industry, located in Belen, New Mexico. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and monitoring customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Utilize banking software and accounting software systems effectively

• Manage data processing tasks efficiently and accurately

• Handle inbound calls professionally, providing excellent customer service

• Process checks accurately, ensuring correct banking procedures are followed

• Understand and manage collection processes effectively

• Provide accurate information on consumer loans and credit to customers. Requirements • Candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience in a client service role.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Familiarity with Banking software is an asset.

• Knowledge of Data Processing is essential.

• Experience with LaserPro and Lawon ERP software is advantageous.

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively.

• Experience in Check Processing is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Collection Processes is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Consumer Loans is preferred.

• Understanding of Credit processes is required.

• The candidate must be able to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism at all times.

• Ability to work well in a team and foster client relationships is necessary.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions promptly is required.

• The candidate must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly is preferred.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.

• The candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
