Job Title: LPN - Adolescent Residential Program Job Description: Provide nursing care to adolescents residing in a residential program 8yrs-18yrs. Only 12 children on campus. You will administer medications and provide treatments according to physician orders and established protocols. Monitor and assess the health status of residents, including physical and mental health assessments. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, counselors, and case managers to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed. Requirements: Current LPN license in the state of employment. CPR and First Aid certification. Experience working with adolescents, preferably in a residential or mental health setting. Compassion, patience, and empathy in working with individuals facing behavioral and emotional challenges. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and needs.
