Responsibilities

As an experienced member of the Ads Campaign UI team, you will design and develop Microsoft Ads Platform/MSAN Ads UX Platform web front end to deliver world class user experience to hundreds of thousands of advertisers/end user around the world generating billions of dollars yearly revenue and double digit growth. The UI engineer plays a critical role through product feature development life cycle, from UI design, UX development, backend integration & validation, data pipeline design, to post release business impact tracking, and continuous optimization. We expect the candidate to deliver high-quality work in Microsoft Ads platform functionality, security, performance, stability and scalability, and have the ability to handle urgent “live site” and ensure 7*24 hours global service quality are critical parts of this job.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web front-end development experience

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Web Component, Webpack etc development skills

• Excellent problem solving, design, coding, and debugging skills

• Supper accountable and self-driven.

• Good user experience design thinking

• Excellent communication and cross-geo collaboration skill

• English speech and write fluency

• Ads business understanding would be a plus

• Solid project management skills would be a plus

• Passionate about UI technology

• The ability to exercise critical thinking in day to day development work to seek continuous optimization and innovation opportunities

• Demonstrated strength to quickly get up-to-speed and be productive on new technical domains and are comfortable in dealing with ambiguity.
