We are looking for solutions architects, who are experts, trusted technical advisors and leaders to our partners and customers, that believe deep learning, data science, and artificial intelligence will transform autonomous driving. We need individuals who can enable customer productivity, develop positive relationships with our technology partners and collaborate with architecture and software teams to develop the best solutions for partners working on our platform. NVIDIA’s deep learning platform has already made a major impact to the field and is broadly used across leading academic institutions, start-ups, and industry, including the world’s largest Internet companies. We need passionate, hard-working and creative people to help us take on more of these challenging opportunities in Autonomous Driving.
What you'll be doing:
First and primary point of technical support for our hardware and software products provided to customer
Shepherd critical customer issues and provide timely advance warning of critical issues that need attention
Technical authority on all NVIDIA products, directly supporting Sales Account Managers, and working closely with the team to secure design wins
Establish close personal technical ties to the customer account, establishing personal relationships to facilitate rapid resolution of issues, and promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction
What we need to see:
MS or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
4+ years of work-related experience in Datacenter design, DevOps, Cloud software development or high-performance computing or systems, CUDA experience is helpful
Additional experience in a related field such as HPC systems design, AI/ML Infrastructure optimization, Building systems for mission-critical applications, Enterprise Datacenter experience
Good to have experience with modern Deep Learning software architecture and frameworks and parallel computing algorithms
Exposure to GPU Computing and CUDA programming
Ability to multitask effectively in a multifaceted environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
GPU development experience
Deep Learning and/or AI experience
Cloud development/deployment experience
In-depth software development or data science experience
Advanced degree
