Description and Requirements
职位介绍：
负责研发领域的基于大语言模型的应用开发和工程化落地工作，包括但不限于基础模型训练、微调、推理部署与加速等；
与产品、数据、开发等同事密切合作，生产萃取高质量私有领域训练数据以供训练和评估模型质量；
带领团队将大模型，包括大模型的动态加载算法，模型优化加速算法
知识图谱相关算法和技术预研、落地；
负责NLP相关的文本处理、数据清洗。
任职要求：
1.8年及以上软件架构师经验，熟悉c/c++/phthon编程语言,有较强的代码能力
有较强的数学基础，有一定的算子设计能力
至少 2 年大型语言模型（如GPT、BERT等）的研究、开发和应用经验，有模型工程化落地经历，具备规模化并行训练 & 推理加速的经验；
熟悉深度学习、自然语言处理、机器学习等相关领域的核心概念和技术，熟练使用至少一种深度学习框架（如PyTorch，TensorFlow、PaddlePaddle等）；
良好的团队管理和沟通能力，擅于分析和解决复杂问题；
计算机科学、人工智能、自然语言处理或相关领域硕士及以上学历。
