Job Description

The primary role of this role is to review and optimize sales structure/ territory / sales target allocation, build up customers' database / optimize customer segmentation, develop sales incentive plan, internal & external KPI and SFE tracking report system to maximize sales force effectiveness.

Role responsibilities:

Strategy

  • Drive short-term and long-term business planning and strategy execution about customer segmentation, target setting, territory allocation etc.

  • Design proper sales behavior KPI and timely funnel review process to drive sales execution improvement

  • Support to develop field sales incentive scheme and build up timely business review and reaction process;

  • Support to develop tailored dashboards/reports to monitor performance data and track progress ensuring they are easy to use and implement for the end user

  • Manage reporting, monitoring and analysis of performance data, and sales activities to support recommendations to sales teams

Enablement

  • Monitor and analyze sales team performance on multiple quantitative and qualitative KPIs to provide conclusive reports and recommendations adapted to support the Commercial Excellence agenda

  • Support strategy to improve efficiencies and enable enhanced capabilities to deliver advancement in sales force effectiveness

  • Review KPI metrics to ensure compliance with guidelines and in consultation with Business Unit Leaders

  • Cooperate with sales team and key teams to optimize the development of business process and system

  • Cooperate with BI team, commercial team, IT team etc. to optimize online and offline sales data analysis to drive sales team efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

Education:

n Bachelor’s Degree from a top international/Chinese university

n Master (or equivalent) or MBA is preferred

Job Requirements:

n 510 years of working experience in SFE / business analysis / commercial operations / / management consulting in pharmaceutical industry

n Strong experience in data management and analytics. including extensive knowledge on analytical tools, frameworks, and applications.

n Hands-on business analytical experience is preferred and experience in customer/Omni-channel analytics is a plus

n Strong business acumen and ability to translate data analysis results into actionable business insights.

n Good at communication and influence skills and be comfortable to drive changes
