To effectively bring our service to our customers, we are seeking a passionate graduate to perform cross-functional duties to facilitate product and program landing and execution for AGL Origin team based in China. The position will work across the AGL CN and International teams, collaborate with Sales, Product, Operation, Marketing and other cross function teams.The ideal candidate is someone who excels in program planning, demonstrates operational excellence, and has a strong passion for empowering internal teams.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive program/product strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

• Manage the creation, distribution, and maintenance of program schedule, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and effective.

• Coordinate the interaction between transportation business and local/global tech teams..

• Gather program feedbacks from Sales and Sellers and turn collected information into insights to support future product development.

• Troubleshoot system issues reported by business and respond to questions from various teams.

• Consolidate the data from multiple data sources to generate weekly metrics, forecasting and daily reports to support business.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science or related fields;

• Graduation between 2024.10-2025.08

• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing

• Proficient user of MS Excel and SQL. Skills on VBA or other programming languages will be a plus;

• Concept of Database, Web application, and Service oriented;

• Good communication skills, able to communicate with diverse audiences with confidence, clarity, and right focus;

• Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skill;

• Good teamwork mentality to build trustworthy and supportive working relationship;

• Ability to learn quickly and work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management

• Experience in transportation industry
