Description and Requirements

Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. According to the R&D project plan and Dev process, communicate and coordinate R&D projects, and supervise and manage the progress and quality of R&D projects

  2. Participate in the process management of R&D project establishment, implementation, and project completion, timely update the progress status of R&D projects, regularly provide project statistical reports, report project status, etc., and archive R&D project management data

  3. Participate in coordinating the various teams cross the company, actively solve problems in the work

  4. Lead meetings related to R&D project management

  5. Manage process improvement

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in computer, electronics, communications, information engineering or equivalent

  2. More than 3 years of experience in development and project management and have cert of PMP

  3. Be familiar with UEFI/BMC development process and management

  4. Be proactive in work and have excellent team spirit, communication and expression skills, good logical thinking and self-learning ability,

  5. Good at English reading, writing and oral
