Description and Requirements
Job Summary:
- HQ strategic finance lead and business controller of AI vertical in Solutions and Services Group (SSG) in Lenovo, Supporting as AI COE business finance partner and SSG HQ finance strategy planning and follow up with SSG controller and Transformation
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Support business on AI vertical financials on monthly basis and support and consult all areas of broader finance team
Support the strategy planning and analysis of SSG finance with SSG controller and senior leadership team
Support preparing the materials for finance sr leadership team reporting
Support the monthly business review meetings with countries’ finance teams
Support the team staff meeting of HQ finance
Identify potential change through analysis and planning and adopt the transformation
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
Over 5 years working experience in Finance control or finance transformation
Strong communication skill, and fast learning ability in the rapid changing environment
Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills, advanced PPT skill preferred
Teamwork player. Willing to share knowledge with team members
Fluent in Mandarin and English
