Job Description

The Entry-Level Project Manager will assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing utility projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.

Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project timelines or quality.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.

Support the procurement of materials and services required for project execution.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.

Participate in project meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.

Previous internship or work experience in project management or the utilities sector is a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. null
