Concord Group Insurance Underwriting Support Clerk in Bedford, New Hampshire

The Underwriting Support Clerk supports underwriters by preparing a variety of reports to assist in determining the health of a policy. Underwriting Support Clerks possess fast and accurate data entry skills, as well as an aptitude for handling multiple tasks.

This position is currently sitting in our Concord NH office and will sit in our Bedford NH office starting in early 2023.


  • Order and monitor inspections

  • Order Motor Vehicle Reports for new business and renewal review purposes

  • Prepare and distribute daily new business and endorsement reports for review by underwriters

  • Provide exceptional customer service through written correspondence and telephone calls with our Agency Partners


  • High School diploma or equivalent education required

  • 6 months Property and Casualty Insurance experience preferred, but not required

  • Fast and accurate data entry skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
