Summary of Objective:

The Smartsheet Program Manager will be responsible for developing Smartsheet solutions that drive overall business efficiency and reduce manual/redundant work. Developing Smartsheet designs that maximize PCIs investment in Digital Transformation initiatives. Proactively looks for ways to digitize and globally harmonize best practices across all functional areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.

  • Ability to design blueprints through Control Center in an optimal and effective way that mimimizes manual touchpoints in the system.

  • Expereince in Dynamic View development and Pivot Table creation through Smartsheets. Experience leveraging and developing Data Shuffle

  • Deep understanding of Smartsheet core and advanced applications with an ability to put real solutions in place that maximize the end user experience.

  • Extensive understanding of metric creation through Smartsheet through the utilization of Dashboards and advanced formula creation.

  • Primary point of contact for end user training, new employee onboarding in Smartsheet, system admin for end user/system troubleshooting.

  • Responsible for overall end user experience and tracking efficiency gains through the use of Smartsheet applications.

  • Review all new Smartsheet feature releases, analyze how PCI can leverage new releases and host end user engagement sessions to train/advertise new features.

  • Overall Program Owner, ability to analyze requests and globalize/harmonize ways of workings in Smartsheet across all PCI locations.

  • Budget adherence and Smartsheet spend control. Train and empower Smartsheet users to maximize their use of the system.

  • This position may require extra hours and/or weekend work.

  • Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.

  • Attendance to work is an essential function of this position

  • Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 1-5 years related experience and/or training.

  • College Level Mathematical Skills

  • Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.

  • Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.

  • Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables.

  • High Standard of Report Writing

  • Ability to effectively present information to various people as the job requires.

  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

  • Ability to display a willingness to make decisions.

  • Ability to set and achieve challenging goals.
